Old T-Shirt to Workout Tank for Yogalates

Between work and school I don't have much extra time to focus on my health. I don't really love working out but I'm trying to get there and I've started with Powerflow: a yogalates class I started taking with my sister last year at school. Now that its summer and my sister moved back home, going to Powerflow is something that I do on my own. I needed a little more inspiration to get myself to class and decided that if I altered a shirt specifically for this class I would feel like I had to go.. here's what I did:

Step 1: Found an old shirt that I wouldn't miss terribly if I messed this up.

Step 2: Cut off the bottom seam, neck seam, and the sleeves.

Step 3: Flipped the shirt over.

Step 4: Cut the back of the sleeves in deeper and cut a V into the neck.

Step 5: Stretched out the bottom seam and tied an end to the back.

Step 6: Wrapped the string around and around down to the bottom of the V I cut and back up to where I tied the knot. Then I tied the two ends together (triple knot!).

Tah Dah! Time to workout :)

(For the life of me I couldn't get this picture flipped upright, sorry)
